Discover the latest additions to our community and recent relocations within The Nostell Estate this season.

It’s been quite an active past month here at The Nostell Estate with office changes, and we’re genuinely excited to open our doors to the newest members of our community.

NEW ADDITIONS MCMANUS CONSULTING MOVED INTO OFFICE 20-21 IN THE REAR WALLED GARDEN IN MAY THIS YEAR

Joining them in the Rear Walled Garden, we also welcomed Monarch Vans into Office 1

Independent family-run business, Monarch Vans, has over 25 years of experience supplying commercial vehicles, working with a variety of manufacturers.

We have moved to the estate to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and to be part of the business community here, and everyone seems to really enjoy being part of the Nostell Estate family.

Nostell Estate isn’t just a place; it’s a vibrant community nestled in lovely surroundings that echo our ethos of creativity, community, and innovation. We first visited the Estate in 2021, and it captured our hearts. The new office in a location that is rich in beauty and history inspires us to create digital experiences that connect, engage, and make a difference!

Within the last two months, the Nostell Estate has experienced a series of tenant relocations, reflecting the strong community spirit and high satisfaction among our businesses.

Swan Environmental has transitioned into the Lockey Suite, bringing their environmental expertise to a new location within the Estate. 

Oracle Vision has moved into Office 24/25 RWG, where they continue to excel as one of the UK’s leading suppliers of electronic security solutions. 

Paragon Highways has found a new home in Peach House West, positioning themselves for continued growth in their infrastructure projects.

ProCars has driven into Office 2 Yorkshire House, enhancing their operations with a fresh space.

Meanwhile, Network Alliance Brokers have relocated to Office 10 RWG, keeping their brokerage services available within our business hub.

Our growing business needed more room and better facilities, but we also wanted to ensure that our new base would continue to support our team’s productivity and well-being. We chose to keep Nostell as our home, and it has been one of the best decisions for our company.

What we love most about our new base is the seamless blend of historic charm and contemporary convenience. The on-site amenities, such as the cafe and communal areas, have fostered a greater sense of community among our staff, promoting collaboration and creativity. The management team at Nostell has been incredibly supportive, ensuring our transition was smooth and that all our needs were met promptly.
