The award-winning Nostell Estate business park, neighbouring expansive Nostell Priory parklands, is home to 50 modern offices and a thriving business community.
We’re in picturesque Nostell, Yorkshire, just a short journey from Wakefield and Leeds and close to the M62, M1 and A1. The historic Estate Yard and contemporary Rear Walled Garden house 50 comfortable offices and modern social and meeting spaces in spectacular natural surroundings. The eclectic mix of new and old buildings is as diverse as our tenant community, but each one benefits from the same outstanding facilities.
It’s easy to relieve everyday workday tensions here. Pull on your wellies and walk your dog, cycle through forest trails or lay back into a massage session around your day job. The welcoming estate team, directed by Peter Molyneux and administrated by Gayle Summers, is on hand to make sure Nostell is a better place to work for you and your clients.

Our social hub, Meridian, is a contemporary, high-ceilinged event space with an on-site café, a south-facing terrace, and two private meeting rooms. Perhaps you’re planning on throwing a staff celebration or need additional privacy for a client meeting – Meridian is a flexible space that suits various needs.
The stylish main event space in Meridian can comfortably hold 50 people. Two bright, airy offices host 6-10 people in an intimate setting. Each area has Wi-Fi, smart TVs, DDMS and USB connectivity, allowing you to deliver or watch presentations without a hitch.
Meridian is open from 8:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. Monday – Thursday and until 3:30 p.m. on Fridays.
Our tenants enjoy discounted rates on Meridian bookings. Make sure you pre-book to secure your space.

Food is served between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. at our Meridian Café. Everything is homemade by our lovely Victoria.
Enjoy business lunches in our social space or outside on the south-facing terrace. Whether you’re in the mood for a quick bite, a lunch special, or a coffee to go, we’ve got you covered.
But we are here to get some work done. So, if you’re pressed for time, breakfasts, lunches, event and meeting catering can be preordered in advance.

Where it all began
Our award-winning business park is a grand place to work and visit, but this wasn’t always the case. The land and buildings were revived from a dilapidated state by Lord St Oswald, who envisioned bringing the stunning surroundings you see today to life. The park launched in 2004 and stays immaculate, thanks to our onsite maintenance team, Rod, Paul and Jack.
