Over forty families call The Nostell Estate home, renting our charming historic buildings in Yorkshire.
The Nostell Estate and its splendid parklands have been in Lord St. Oswald’s family since the 17th century, but it’s not only the Winn family that calls the estate home. We rent out over 40 historically interesting properties to tenants in picturesque locations like Nostell, Wragby, Hessle and West Hardwick. Many tenants have been valued residents for decades, but properties occasionally come up for rent.

Residential property lets
Our properties are mainly historic buildings, with one dating back to 1641. Our on-site maintenance team regularly maintains them. Many have undergone a complete refurbishment over the years, and we continue to upgrade our lodgings as they become available for lease.

Our properties have hosted many valued estate employees, including chauffeurs, farmers and gamekeepers. Today, anyone is eligible to rent our properties, which our tenants prize for being in beautiful rural locations that ‘feel like you’re on holiday when the sun is shining’.
