Wordsworth Construction Management

Wordsworth is a construction consultancy delivering projects from inception to completion, combining strategic advice with hands-on site delivery.

Through our Construction Management offering, we act as Principal Contractor, taking full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects on site. We lead programme management, health and safety, quality assurance, commercial control, stakeholder coordination, and project reporting—driving certainty, compliance, and performance throughout the construction phase.

In addition, we offer stand-alone Project Management and Quantity Surveying (PM/QS) services, providing independent project leadership, commercial management, cost control, procurement support, contract administration, and reporting where a dedicated consultancy-led approach is required.

Whether acting as Principal Contractor or providing independent Project Management and Quantity Surveying services, we deliver the expertise, control, and accountability needed to achieve successful project outcomes.
