We are a construction consultancy providing a range of services from project inception right through to completion.

Our construction management offering provides site delivery under a Construction Management Form of Contract where we act as principal contractor, delivering the project on-site with responsibility for programme, safety, quality, commercial management and reporting.

We also undertake the following construction services:

Tender or negotiated procurement
Cost planning/estimating/construction cost/preliminaries assessment
Value management/alternative bid options/risk & opportunity analysis
Bid management
Methodology & logistics/programming
