Meet our tenant

the Timber decking & cladding association / The Wood Protection Association

We can assist both large commercial contractors and individuals undertaking residential projects. Advising on areas such as the correct specification of materials, installation guidance and ongoing care and maintenance of both timber decking and timber cladding.

The Timber Decking and Cladding Association (TDCA) is an independent and not-for-profit organisation.

Through our work, the Association is recognised as a reliable and authoritative source of expert opinion in the UK.

The WPA is the UK lead body on all matters concerning wood protection.

We provide technical and advisory services – providing guidance to specifiers, contractors, engineers and architects on the best ways to ensure wood is fit for its intended purpose.

The WPA actively promotes the technology that enhances the performance and value of sustainable softwood products – mainly through industrial preservation, wood modification or factory applied flame retardant treatment.

James Purcell, Managing Director at Love Warranty

Working at Nostell Estate is so beneficial to our staff members’ mental health. Getting to walk through the grounds and around the lake on your lunch is such a calming experience.

Jessica Lister, Operations Manager and PA at Pratap Partnership

I had no idea The Nostell Estate existed until I came to visit a WAW member here. I was blown away by the surroundings! It’s amazing, so beautiful and a bit of a hidden gem.

MD of We Are Wakefield, Claire Sutherley

The estate team kindly supported us in creating a modern workplace that respects the historical features of the building. We love the informal, home-from-home environment.

Gill Hartley, HR director at Ebsford Environmental

We moved from Office 15 in the Rear Walled Garden to accommodate our growing business – it’s such a versatile space, and we love hosting clients here.
