The Refectory: The d’Hervart Suite
The Refectory is a scheduled ancient monument developed into stylish grade-A office accommodation with the support of English Heritage and Yorkshire Forward.
Three spacious office suites (The Ward Suite, The Rose Suite and The D’Hervart Suite) mix contemporary and historical features to provide the perfect setting for modern businesses.
The suite overlooks the Estate Yard’s central courtyard to the front – a green space with a glorious London Plane tree at its heart – and Nostell Priory parkland to the rear.
The development has the benefit of gas, water, electricity and mains drainage. Access is also available to the fibre network along with the latest data communications links.
Meridian, our social hub and café in the neighbouring Rear Walled Garden, is open daily, serving food between 9 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., and the magnificent Nostell Priory parklands are less than 100 metres from The Refectory’s front door.

How much is an office?
It all depends on the size of the office, duration of the lease and break clauses, which can all be discussed with the Estate Director. Just come and talk to us. We have various office spaces and payment plans available.

Where is the nearest cafe or food vendor?
We have our Meridian Café right here on the Estate, where you can grab breakfast, lunch, and snacks. You can also order any catering requirements for meetings or office social events.

Will I get access to the National Trust Grounds?
Yes! Another amazing benefit of having your office here on Nostell Estate. Tenants will have access to a large area of the grounds open to the public, but access to the house and gardens requires a ticket to enter. Check the National Trust website for more information.

Do you have Wi-Fi/Broadband?
High-speed Broadband is available on the Estate, which is provided by Eitex. Nostell Estate invoices the tenant separately depending on the package chosen – all reasonably priced.

When can I access my office?
Tenants can access their office 24/7. The gates to the Estate are open Monday – Friday from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m., however, tenants can gain entry by using one of the gate card fobs that are given to you upon handover of your new office.

Am I allowed to bring my dogs into the office?
Yes, of course! We are super dog-friendly, and you are more than welcome to bring your dog into your office. We even have a dog shower!
