Summer at The Nostell Estate has been busy with new arrivals and office moves happening in the Estate Yard and Rear Walled Garden.

We moved to a location away from the high street to support our transition from a B2C to B2B service. The Nostell Estate is a well-resourced hub for agents to call in. It differentiates us from high street agents and is a calm, quiet environment where our team can focus. It’s made a huge difference to how we operate.

THE NEWLY REFURBISHED HARRISON SUITE WELCOMED TWO NEW TENANTS THIS AUGUST.

3PL and FMCG logistics specialist, F.M. Consulting Group, moved in alongside Castle Communication Services. Two existing tenants, We are Wakefield and Growers Direct, also relocated to the suite, taking advantage of the building’s brand-new office spaces.

We couldn’t think of a better location for our business and instantly fell in love with what The Nostell Estate is and has to offer. The estate immediately felt like home from the first time we visited, & we knew the businesses in the estate would feel like an extended family.

Research has shown that being closer to green spaces supports mental and general health. Our new tenants cited the estate’s great facilities and access to green spaces as key drivers in choosing the estate as their base.

We listen to our existing tenants, continually updating our facilities and offering new services to suit their needs.
