The Nostell Estate is a stunning workplace, but it’s certainly not style over substance. Our 50 office spaces have all the facilities you’ll need for daily business.

The Nostell Estate is often complimented as a ‘better place to work’, and we’re keen to promote activities and services that contribute to our tenants’ well-being. We actively encourage suggestions.

50 modern offices

Our mix of historic and contemporary building spaces ranges between 110 to 3570 SQ. FT. There’s room to grow here, and many businesses have. One of our tenants has moved four times as their team has grown from 15 to 40+ people.

Multiple EV charging points

There are five EV charging points on the estate, allowing you to charge while you work. The points, supplied by RV2 power, were upgraded in 2023 to ensure our tenants always get home on time.

Unmarked parking space

Each office is allocated several parking spots depending on its size, but don’t worry about missing out on a spot. Our Prison Garden overflow car park has additional parking and room for clients.

Fast
broadband

Fast broadband, provided by specialist telecoms provider Eitex, is available to all tenants as part of their contract, making setup and management simple.

facilities

We offer free pool bikes and shower facilities (for humans and dogs!) for tenants wishing to get out and enjoy our beautiful surroundings. So, you can take part in an exhilarating bike ride, without missing a meeting.

Meridian Social Hub

Our impressive social hub, Meridian, is open for all to enjoy or hire (with discounted rates for tenants). It’s a flexible space that suits various needs.

  • Main event space for up to 100 people
  • Two private meeting rooms hosting 6-10 people
  • Wi-Fi, smart TVs, DDMS and USB connectivity

Meridian is open from 8:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. Monday – Thursday and until 3:30 p.m. on Fridays.

The Meridian Café area is OPEN as usual and can be used by all tenants and visitors. Catering is temporarily unavailable.
