The Chippendale Suite is an attractive stone, brick and slate former agricultural building with striking exposed timber roof joists and large windows.

Meridian, our social hub and café in the neighbouring Rear Walled Garden, is open daily, serving food between 9 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., and the magnificent Nostell Priory parklands are less than 100 metres from The Chippendale Suite’s front door.

Where is the nearest café or food vendor?
We have our Meridian Café right here on the Estate, where you can grab breakfast, lunch, and snacks. You can also order any catering requirements for meetings or office social events, as well as place a milk order which can be delivered to your office. Meridian also holds stock of tea, coffee and biscuits should you find that you run out.

Do you have Wi-Fi/Broadband?
High-speed Broadband is available on the Estate, which is provided by Eitex. Nostell Estate invoices the tenant separately depending on the package chosen – all reasonably priced.

How much is an office?
It all depends on the size of the office, duration of the lease and break clauses, which can all be discussed with the Estate Director. Just come and talk to us. We have various office spaces and payment plans available.

Will I get access to the National Trust Grounds?
Yes! Another amazing benefit of having your office here on Nostell Estate. Tenants will have access to a large area of the grounds open to the public, but access to the house and gardens requires a ticket to enter. Check the National Trust website for more information.

When can I access my office?
Tenants can access their office 24/7. The gates to the Estate are open Monday – Friday from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m., however, tenants can gain entry by using one of the gate card fobs that are given to you upon handover of your new office.

Am I allowed to bring my dogs into the office?
Yes, of course! We are super dog-friendly, and you are more than welcome to bring your dog into your office. We even have a dog shower!
